Love through Prayer

To love is the greatest commandment. Therefore, it is also the greatest gift you can give someone and the responsibility you have. To love someone includes praying for them. You are seeking THE FATHER for their benefit and his true will and best for them. That is important and having a person or people that pray for you is truly a gift. Not just with you (which is nice) but for you continuously when you are just living life and have no clue. Knowing that someone is covering you is something that not many people have. At the same time, someone knowing that you are covering them without you having to say it every time says a lot about your character. But, some people may never know, do it anyway; it's for their benefit, not yours.

Pray more. Pray for others more. Love people better. Not for them to do what you desire or for what you want but for the heart of THE FATHER to be revealed. For HIS true will and best for them, more of HIM, for them to truly know HIS LOVE and experience it. Intercede for/regarding them whether they are Christian or not, whether you know them or not.

Matthew 22:37-40 NLT

[37] Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ [38] This is the first and greatest commandment. [39] A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ [40] The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”

John 15:12 NLT

[12] This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you.

The entirety of John 17 - JESUS prays for HIMSELF, HIS disciples, and for us (all that will believe).

James 5:16 NKJV

[16] Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

Philippians 2:1-4 NLT

[1] Is there any encouragement from belonging to Christ? Any comfort from his love? Any fellowship together in the Spirit? Are your hearts tender and compassionate? [2] Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose. [3] Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. [4] Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.

HOLY SPIRIT led.

Love,

Raven Renee
